The Future School, as its name implies, represents the collective vision for the future held by everyone involved. It aims to revolutionize the way we educate children, offering a comprehensive educational journey from kindergarten to high school in Dong Thap. This initiative has garnered support and high expectations from both the local and international communities. All preparations, including staffing, infrastructure, organizational processes, educational content, and teaching methods, are centered around one primary objective: nurturing a generation of students who can fully embrace their individuality. In this institution, students are taught to maximize their potential and abilities according to their own aspirations, in adherence to five specific outcome criteria: knowledge, skills, emotions, health, and talents.
 

The institution aims to establish a positive educational atmosphere in which every teacher is valued and offered optimal conditions to enhance their contributions to the mission of "teaching to become a person, learning to become a person." Furthermore, educators are encouraged to maintain consistent communication with parents, aiming to maximize parental participation in building a strong partnership where parents assume a vital supportive role, aiding teachers in fully nurturing the potential of students.

In terms of skill development, the school places its focus on cultivating two distinct categories of skills: learning support skills and life support skills. Learning support skills encompass proficiencies in foreign languages, computer literacy, and the ability to operate common machinery in everyday life. On the other hand, life support skills encompass a wide range of abilities, including effective communication, emotional regulation, independent work capabilities, teamwork aptitude, self-defense proficiency, leadership acumen, and more. The school's life skills training program is implemented through various avenues such as club activities, extracurricular programs, integration into daily routines, and collaboration with parents in family-related activities. The overarching objective is to foster in students a natural sense of responsibility and etiquette, molding them into responsible citizens who grasp moral values, excel in building and sustaining relationships, possess self-esteem, exhibit self-reliance, and consistently exhibit concern for others.

METHODS

Lesson planning and teaching methods: applying integrated methods, teaching based on themes and situations, to help students develop self-learning abilities, group learning, and practical application of acquired knowledge.

Teaching methods: Customizing and individualizing teaching methods according to the school's objectives and principles of education.
