ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

To our receiving university, Dong Thap University, no words could ever compare to the gratitude that we have for you for making us feel safe, cared for, and welcomed. Even just for a 21-day-stay in the campus, I was able to feel "at home". I never felt sadness from being far from my hometown. Because of the warmth of the accommodation that the people in the university showed us, our internationalization became so bearable. To Ms. Mai, thank you for all the laughter and moments we have shared together. To Mr. Tien, we are so blessed to be welcomed by you. Your calmness in all our encounters made us feel relaxed and well- accommodated. To Mr. Truc, who stood as our very caring father, thank you so much. Thank you for checking up on us just to make sure that we are in our most healthy state. Thank you for all the advices, which we will forever bring with us wherever we go.

To Dong Thap Province, you left me in awe! The vibrant hues of green made me fall in love with your place. Your rich agriculture manifests your love and respect to our environment. The aroma of your top- tier coffees and fruit smoothies, xuất sắc! The palatable dishes of Hồng Thắm, ANH 7, and the scrumptious noodles I’ve tried for the first time, especially Phở, Hủ tiếu Nam Vang, and the others, truly exceptional! You all have made my first international travel beyond worthwhile.

To our fellow exchange students from Indonesia and Philippines, Terima Kasih, Maraming Salamat! The moments we’ve shared together proves that no language could hinder anyone to feel genuine happiness and belongingness. I am hoping for the best of all the best in our individual endeavors in life. Meeting people like you is something that I consider as something so special. You all are now holding a place in my heart. Until we meet again, educators in the making!

To our buddies, I know that you have made numerous sacrifices, exerted your utmost effort just to attend to our needs, be it inside or outside the school campus. Honestly, I did not just view you merely as buddies because, I wholeheartedly view you, guys, as friends who will always have a special place in my heart. Maraming Salamat for putting so much color in my canvas. Thank you for painting exceptional memories with me. To Ý, Thái, Tina, Sirt, Tracey, Pink, and Ann, until we meet again, Em ois!

To Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO), thank you so much. Thank you for bringing SEA Teacher Project to life. This is not just a program that helps the member- nations to provide a quality education, but also a way of improving the perspectives of the internationally- immersed Teacher Education students holistically. My classroom observation and teaching demonstration became so colorful because of your program. I am rooting for the success of your organization in all measures.

To The University of Mindanao and UMTC Department of Teacher Education, we are beyond blessed to be given the chance to bring our institution in an international setting, in partnership with the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization, and further our mission to be a leading globally engaged university creating sustainable impact in society. To UM Matina VP ERIAO, Reynaldo Castro, UMTC School Director, Dr. Evelyn P. Saludes, UMTC Dean of College, Dr. Gina Fe Israel, BEED Program Head, Dr. Mona Chagas, and to all ERAAO personnel, thank you!

To the BSED Program Head, Dr. Armand James Vallejo, Sir, your endless dedication and effort just to bring us to an extraordinary teaching experience really paid off. For me, you are a true embodiment of the word 'dedication'.
Whenever I think of my experiences in Vietnam, I always have this thought at the back of my mind that if not because of your support, trust, and belief, never could we have experienced such. You really are a man of your words, Sir. Thank you so much!

To Future School, it is with great pleasure to say that for once, and in my very first travel abroad, I have immersed myself in your school. Now, I am bringing with me all the lessons I have learned during our stay there, which fueled me to further my passion in educating individuals with lessons not only about academics, but life lessons that will help them become the person they deserve to become. It was indeed an eye- opener and life- changing experience for me. Teaching students abroad was not an easy task, yet with all the learnings I had in the class observations, everything went so well. I could not wait to see and read more blogs like this, packed with colorful experiences and lessons. To learn is something, but to teach how to learn can be everything, and, not everyone is capable of doing so. For that, thank you so much for enabling us to be persons of knowledge and inspiration.

To my loved ones, who have been there for me since day 1, I owe you a lot! To my parents and siblings who supported me through and through, words will never be enough to show how thankful I am to have you by my side. It was a good risk that I took, and I am so blessed that you all danced with the waves that I had from the planning phase until the day that I went back home.

To God Almighty, your brightest light, tantamount blessings, and never- ending guidance, were the reasons how I managed to do this expedition. I know that you know everything that my mouth couldn't say, and deep in my heart, I know that you know how blessed I am for all the opportunities that you showered me. Salamat, G!

I guess this ends here? Thank you for reaching this part.
